Vice President
Megan Redshaw serves as Vice President and has been a key person in the building of Omni. With the continued support and understanding of what it takes to build and operate a company of this size she has been the rock behind Jon always being the person talking him through pains of business and pushing him to be the best he can, this unwavering support, leadership, and dedication to the company’s growth is vital to Omni Construction’s continued success.
General Superintendent
Matt Vandetti oversees all field operations as General Superintendent. He is responsible for coordinating project execution, managing field personnel, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring work is completed according to schedule and specifications. Matt’s leadership and construction expertise help drive successful project outcomes from start to finish.
Vice President of Estimating & Project Management
Jason Redshaw leads the company’s estimating and project management divisions. He oversees project bidding, budgeting, scheduling, and client coordination to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and cost-effectively. His attention to detail and professionalism help build long lasting relationships with General Contractors estimating department heads position Omni Construction for continued growth and project success.
Estimator / Project Manager
Dennis Lee plays an important role in both pre-construction and project execution. He prepares accurate cost estimates, works with suppliers on pricing, handles all project submittal packages and plans. He works closely with field teams to ensure projects run smoothly. His commitment to organization and communication contributes to successful project delivery.
Financial Controller
Fabiana Hoover manages the company’s accounts receivable operations and client billing processes. She works closely with customers to ensure accurate invoicing, timely payments, and efficient financial communication. Her attention to detail and dedication to customer service help maintain the financial health of the organization.
Accounts Payable
John Loeber oversees accounts payable and vendor relations for Omni Construction. He manages invoices, payment processing, and financial recordkeeping while ensuring vendors and suppliers receive timely and accurate payments. His professionalism and organizational skills support the company’s day-to-day financial operations.
Omni Construction is proud to have approximately 100 dedicated field employees, along with more than 100 additional trade professionals working through long-standing subcontractor partnerships. These individuals work so closely with Omni that we consider them an extension of our team and an essential part of our success.
All field personnel are highly trained in every aspect of the division in which they work. To maintain the highest standards of safety and performance, employees participate in multiple types of safety training throughout the year, ensuring certifications remain current and that our workforce stays up to date with industry best practices and regulations.
Many of Omni’s lead foremen originally worked for David Redshaw and continue to work alongside Jon Redshaw today. Their loyalty, experience, and leadership have played a significant role in shaping the company into what it is today. Jon considers these team members a key part of Omni’s success and, even more importantly, part of his extended family. Having worked together for nearly 30 years, they have helped him grow personally and professionally into the knowledgeable business owner he is today.
